The Process of CCC Certification for CCC Alternation Application(Same Factory Name,Address Name Changes,Factory Not Moving)

1.Fill in 'CCC Alteration Application
2.Our office will check all documents,if they are all right,we will fax list of documents for CCC alteration for changing the address name of the factory:http://china-ccc-certification.com/178.html and related notes.
a.Chinese/English original copy of original CCC certificates before changing the address name of CCC factory
b.'CCC Alteration Application Form',with the seal of new and old applicant/manufacturer/factory
c.Copy of 'Enterprise Name Change Approval Notice by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce',original copy of certificate which certifies the same place of before and after changing the factory address and name issued by the local government
d.Copy of latest CCC certification factory inspection/supervision report(including non conformance rectification report).
e.Copy of business licence,copy of organization code certificate before and after changing factory address name.
f.Other documents need to be submitted for CCC alteration application.
(4 copies of documents above with applicant/manufacturer seal),and send to our office.
3.After rechecking the received documents,we will send 'CCC notice charge for CCC alteration application' to applicants(by fax or E-mail).
4.Applicant should arrange payment according to 'CCC notice charge for CCC alteration application' and fax back 'remittance slip' to:8621-51095580-807 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com.
5.After we confirm that CCC alteration payment has entered certain account,comprehensive assessment will begin.
6.New CCC certificate of same certificate No. will be issued after passing CCC alteration assessment.
