OEM,ODM CCC Certification Need to Submit Documents

1)The general diagram,electrical principle diagram,circuit diagram and structure diagram of applying products(provided by ODM factory)
2)The crucial components or the list of major raw materials(provided by ODM factory)
3)Explanation of the difference among all models in the same application unit(provided by ODM factory)
4)Copies of valid CCC certificates of original products(provided by ODM factory)
5)'CCC factory inspection report' of original products(qualify and valid) (provided by ODM factory)
6)Applicant's business license and organization code certificate(provided by the applicant)
7)'CCC ODM Intent Application Application Form for CCC Certification'(After submitting the 'CCC ODM Intent Application Form',the applicant will receive the original 'Formal Application Form'.And the form should be stamped by the enterprise).
8)Copies of passed components' certificates which are in the catalogue (provided by ODM factory)
9)'Original ODM Agreement'(Provided by applicant)
10)Other appointed documents

Above documents shall be stamped and sealed on the perforation of the applicant for CCC certification.
