CCC Certification for CCC Alteration(Add Other Model of the Same Products)

1.Fill in 'CCC Alteration Application
2.Our officer will check all documents.If they are OK,we will fax list of documents for CCC alteration for adding other model of the same products and related notes to applicant:
a.Chinese/English versions of original CCC certificate(s).
b.'CCC Alteration Application Form'
c.Business licence(duplicate) of applicant and organization code certificate(duplicate).
d.Product description forms(standard specification).
e.Difference explanation or description between new adding model and original model.
f.Other documents needed to be submitted for CCC alteration application.
4 Copies of documents above with seal,which send to us.
3.After rechecking the received documents,we will send 'CCC notice charge for CCC alteration application' to applicant(by fax or E-mail);also send 'CCC notice sample sending for CCC alteration application' to applicant(by fax or E-mail) if it is necessary to send samples for confirmation/difference test.
4.Applicant should arrange payment according to 'CCC notice charge for CCC alteration application' and fax back 'remittance slip' to:8621-51095580-807.Send samples for inspection according to 'CCC notice sample sending for CCC alteration application' if necessary.
5.After we confirm samples for inspection have been sent in according to related requirements and CCC alteration payment has been reveived,CCC alteration type test will begin.
6.Comprehensive assessment will begin after type test passed.
7.New CCC certificate of same certificate No. will be issued after CCC alteration assessment passed.
