CCC Certification Applicable Scope and Defining Application unit-Small-Power Motor

Implementation rules-Small-Power Motor:  
1. Applicable scope
Small-power driven motors, rated voltage is over 36V (not including 36V), below DC1500V, AC1000V, including:
(1) a.c asynchronous motors and synchronous motors with maximum rated power not exceeding 1.1kW while synchronous rotational speed converting to 1500 r/m;
(2) a.c commutator motors, d.c motors with maximum rated power not exceeding 1.1kW.
Note 1: rated power≤synchronous speed×1.1kw/1500.
Note 2: not including explosion-proof and control motors (servomotors, step motors, autosynchromotors, rotating transformers, speed generators, induction phase shifters, etc.).
Note 3: it doesn't apply to multi voltage and rotating speed motors with one rated power exceeding above range.
2. In principle, defining application unit as category, use, working principle, safety constructions (enclosure protection class, cooling way, protection way), materials used in enclosure (metal and non-metal), materials used in winding, manufacturing technique, insulating class and working system of motors (see Table 1).
Suitable adjustment will be carried out in application according to the constructions, specifications and practical use of the products.
The products, of same model/type, of same manufacturer, but from different manufacturing premises, shall be in different application units, but only one type testing is required.
