How to Apply Purchasing Standard-size China Compulsory Certification (CCC) Mark

1.Certified enterprise could purchase Standard-size CCC Mark from CCC(China Compulsory Certification) Mark from China Compulsory Certification Online.
The following documents should be submitted:
(1)The original application form  with applicants' signature or enterprise seal.
(2)CCC certificate photocopies.

2.The procedure of applying purchasing Standard-size China Compulsory Certification (CCC) Mark
(1)E-mail or fax all needed documents:application form and CCC certificate photocopies.
(2)After China Compulsory Certification Online checked,feedback will be made within 1 working days to enterprise via e-mail.
(3)Upon receiving notice of charge,please make the payment with application number and send remittance to China Compulsory Certification Online by e-mail or fax.
(4)Upon receiving modification notice,please modify application form and re-apply.If enterprise has any questions about modification,contact China Compulsory Certification Online immediately.
(5)After receiving payment,China Compulsory Certification Online will send Standard-size CCC Mark to the applicant within 7 working days.

Notes:
1.When applying Standard-size CCC Mark on imported vehicles or medical devices,applicant should provide the originals of certificate.
2.According to the catalogue of compulsory product certification issued by AQSIQ and CNCA,the Standard-size CCC Mark can be used for the following certified products.
(1)For the same applicant and factory, same type of product with serial number from 7th to 10th digits on CCC certificate.
(2)For the same Certification type(referring to S or S&E,etc.).
3.Enterprise should keep a record and document the usage situation of CCC Marks.
