CCC Mark Application:CCC Mark Application Process

ⅠThe CCC certification holders(named 'Certificate Applicant' in the followings)proceed CCC mark application by post.

1.Filling in the 'Application Form of Purchasing CCC mark' with the seal of applicant along with the copy of CCC certificate fax to:8621-51095580-807 or e-mail to  .The ccc mark application form can be downloaded at CCC Mark Application
2.The office will check all the application documents after faxing.If they are all valid,we will send 'Notice of Mark Charge' to the applicants for payment by fax or E-mail.And the 'Certificate Applicant' should fax or E-mail the 'Remittance Slip' back to our office.

3.According to the 'Remittance Slip' that has been faxed or E-mailed by the applicants.After making the confirmation of all payments(enter the certain account),the ccc marks will be sent to the applicants by post within 7 work days.

4.The applicants with CCC certificate can also call on 8621-51095580-805 or e-mail to  ,asking for the CCC Mark Application Form which will be faxed or E-mailed by us.

ⅡThe applicants who are not the certificate holders(named 'Mark Applicant' in the followings)can proceed ccc mark application as follows:

1.Filling in the CCC Mark Application Form with sealed signature(Certificate Owned Company)along with the 'Trust Deed' (with seal) by the 'Certificate Holder' and the copy of CCC certificate fax to:8621-51095580-807.The ccc mark application form can be downloaded at CCC Mark Application 

2.The office will check all the application documents after faxing.If they are all valid,we will send 'Notice of Mark Charge' to the applicants for payment by fax or E-mail.And the 'Certificate Applicant' sends the 'Remittance Slip' back to our office.(By fax or e-mail)

3.According to the 'Remittance Slip' that has been faxed by the applicants.After making the confirmation of all payments(enter the certain account),the ccc marks will be sent to the applicants by post within 7 workdays.

4.The applicants who are not the certificate holders can also call on 8621-51095580-805 or e-mail ,asking for the CCC Mark Application Form which will be faxed or e-mailed by us.
