CCC Mark Annual Verification-Print/Impress CCC Mark Permission Annual Verification Process

1. Offering 'CCC Mark Annual Verification Application Form' with the seal of applicant along with copy of 'Previous Notification of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark Permission' and the copy of CCC certificate fax to: 86-021-51095580-807 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com. After viewing these documents, our office will fax the list back including all the documents that the company needs to mail to our office. 2. The office will check all the application documents that have been mailed by the applicant. If they are all valid, we will send 'Notice of Mark Charge' to the applicants for payment by fax or E-mail. And the applicant should fax or e-mail the 'Remittance Slip' back to our office.
3. According to the 'Remittance Slip' that has been faxed by the applicants. After making the confirmation of all payments (enter the certain account), the 'Notification of Printing/Impressing CCC Mark Annual Verification will be sent to the applicants by post within 7 workdays.
4. The applicants with CCC certificate can also call on 86-021-51095580-805 or e-mail to ccc#china-ccc-certification.com, asking for the 'CCC Mark Annual Verification Application  that will be faxed or e-mailed by us.
