Notice on Standard GB7000.204-2008 Converted to GB7000.4-2007 for Portable Luminaries for Children

   According to Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China Notice on CCC Requirements for Portable Luminaries for Children and TDMA Mobile Terminal published on Oct.31st,2012.The safety testing requirements for portable luminaries for children should be according to Luminaires-Part 2-10:Particular Requirements-Portable Luminaires for Children.The details are as follows.

1.The test for new CCC application of portable luminaries for children should comply with GB7000.4-2007 since the notice released.

2.The submitted application in accordance with GB7000.204-2008 which is in sample testing process and have not got certificate should take differentia test,then it is issued after qualified.

3.For the products certified by GB7000.204-2008,the applicant can submit changing application voluntarily and take differentia testand it will be re-issued by GB7000.4-2007 after qualified,The certificate conversion also can be transferred by product changed or standard modified,when the applicant assure the products complying with Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China,GB7000.4-2007 and related law,regulations.
